Narendra Kumar Dewangan is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Telecom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, working on blockchain-based secure distributed systems, privacy-preserving architectures, decentralized authentication, cryptography, federated learning, and digital twin ecosystems. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Raipur, an M.Tech in Cyber Security, and has published in venues including IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, Ad Hoc Networks, and Peer-to-Peer Networking & Applications. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and serves as a reviewer for 30+ SCI
